Referrals at Avi Medical

A referral slip helps connect patients between doctors from different disciplines. If you are receiving treatment from us as a general practitioner and need additional treatment from another doctor for a specific illness (e.g. in the field of dermatology), we will issue you with a referral form.

The certificate is used for communication between the doctors. As a family doctor's practice, we can already describe which illness we suspect you have and which examinations are necessary. In addition, the specialists can send the findings back to us after completing the diagnosis and/or treatment. In our Avi Medical practices, we can fulfill our function as an “information anchor” for our patients: we have an overview of all your health-relevant findings and can discuss them with you.
