How does somnio work?

somnio is an app for cell phones and computers, based on cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) - the gold standard in the treatment of sleep disorders. Digital sleep expert Albert guides you interactively through 12 easy-to-understand modules. The central element is the sleep diary with evening and morning log, which analyzes your sleep quality based on bedtime, sleep time and sleep efficiency.

How to get somnio?

  • somnio can be used free of charge with a prescription.
  • You will receive a prescription after a medical diagnosis of non-organic insomnia.
  • This can be done via avi online consultation or at your GP practice.
  • You can send the prescription to your health insurance company or use the free somnio prescription service.
