Kranus Mictera accompanies you over a 12-week digital therapy with a holistic treatment concept that is individually tailored to you. This includes pelvic floor training, behavioral therapeutic approaches, mental exercises, urge control training, fluid management, a bladder diary and comprehensible educational content.
The therapy is based on evidence-based methods and was developed together with experts from urology, gynecology, physiotherapy, sports science and psychotherapy. With easy-to-understand video, audio and text instructions as well as a personal urination diary, you will be guided step by step through the individual therapy units — for individual, everyday treatment that can be flexibly integrated into your life.
How do I get a prescription for Kranus Mictera?
If you have an appropriate diagnosis, your doctor will give you a prescription for Kranus Mictera. You can then simply upload this online via kranus.de — we will take care of the rest of the process.
Statutory insured persons will then receive an access code via their health insurance company, which they can use to log in to the app. After uploading the prescription, privately insured persons receive the appropriate payment information directly from us. Even before payment is received, the account is activated and the patient can start treatment.

Kranus Mictera is effective and was developed by experts from urology, gynecology, physiotherapy, sports science and psychotherapy and is permanently approved as a digital health application (DiGA) by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM). It thus meets all legal requirements for quality, security and data protection.
The effectiveness was scientifically confirmed in the DINKS study, a randomized controlled trial with 194 participants. The results show a significant improvement in incontinence symptoms: On average, urine loss was reduced by more than half. In addition, around one in four patients achieved complete continence at the end of treatment.
Kranus Mictera is fully reimbursed by all statutory health insurance companies upon appropriate diagnosis.
Kranus Mictera is covered by private health insurance companies.
If private health insurance refuses to pay the costs in exceptional cases, Kranus Health will cover the full costs upon presentation of appropriate proof.

The therapy lasts a total of 12 weeks. It is possible to issue a follow-up prescription and will be reimbursed in the same way as the initial ordinance.
