Are you suffering from unintentional loss of urine? You're not alone!

Urinary incontinence affects many women and yet remains a taboo subject: Up to 45% of women are affected over the course of their lives, with increasing incidence as they get older. Yet only around one in five people affected seek medical help.

This is exactly where Kranus Mictera comes in: The digital health application (DiGA), which is permanently approved by the BfArM, offers you simple and discreet access to effective treatment — flexibly from home and available free of charge on prescription. With a holistic 12-week therapy program, she supports you step by step on your journey through therapy.

The therapy is based on evidence-based methods and was developed together with experts from urology, gynecology, physiotherapy, sports science and psychotherapy. With easy-to-understand video, audio and text instructions as well as a personal urination diary, you will be guided step by step through the individual therapy units — for individual, everyday treatment that can be flexibly integrated into your life.

How do I get a prescription for Kranus Mictera?

If you have an appropriate diagnosis, your doctor will give you a prescription for Kranus Mictera. You can then simply upload this online via kranus.de — we will take care of the rest of the process.

Statutory insured persons will then receive an access code via their health insurance company, which they can use to log in to the app. After uploading the prescription, privately insured persons receive the appropriate payment information directly from us. Even before payment is received, the account is activated and the patient can start treatment.

The 12-week therapy supports you in implementing the content independently through various, coordinated modules:
  • Bladder training and urge control exercises, to improve control
  • Drinking and toilet protocols to make symptoms easier to understand
  • Pelvic floor and physiotherapy exercises with clear text and video instructions
  • Mental training based on psycho- and behavioral therapeutic approaches
