Check-Up 35

The preventive examination under/over 35 is a preventive examination that can identify diseases — in particular cardiovascular diseases, kidney diseases and diabetes mellitus — at an early stage.

If you take the check-up regularly, chronic diseases can be identified or prevented at an early stage, which also improves treatment options.

Check-up 35 is an important health examination that is offered every three years by health insurance to all legally insured persons over the age of 35. The aim is to identify diseases at an early stage and to be able to better assess individual health risks.

The examination includes a medical consultation about pre-existing conditions, complaints and lifestyle habits as well as a physical examination with blood pressure measurement. Important blood values are analyzed in the laboratory.

In addition, the urine is examined to identify signs of possible diseases. The vaccination status is also checked — please bring your vaccination certificate with you. A skin examination can be carried out as an option.

Finally, the results are discussed with the doctor, individual risk factors are analysed and measures for prevention and lifestyle change are developed together.

Please come sober for an examination!
