Who needs vaccinations for chronic conditions?
Chronic conditions like diabetes, heart and lung diseases, kidney problems, or immunocompromise can significantly increase the risk for severe disease courses of infections. The STIKO therefore recommends specific additional vaccinations for many chronic conditions — including pneumococci, flu, COVID-19, herpes zoster, and hepatitis. We advise you individually based on your situation and create your personal vaccination plan.
