Long COVID Check
Long COVID symptoms can last for weeks or months after infection. We offer a structured check-up with comprehensive diagnostics and treatment recommendations.
- Covered by insurance
- Often same-day appointment
What is the Long COVID Check?
Long COVID describes symptoms that persist or newly develop more than four weeks after a SARS-CoV-2 infection. These can include fatigue, shortness of breath, concentration problems, sleep disorders, and many other symptoms. Our structured Long COVID Check includes comprehensive lab tests, organ-specific examinations, and a detailed conversation about your symptoms. Based on this, we develop an individual treatment plan.
Who Should Have the Long COVID Check?
Did you have a Covid-19 infection some time ago but still do not feel fully well? Are you experiencing gastrointestinal complaints, difficulty concentrating, or reduced physical capacity? If so, it is well worth considering post-Covid syndrome. Please feel free to make an appointment at one of our avi practices to have any possible long-term effects assessed during an initial consultation.
Good to know: We recommend registering for the long-term effects check no earlier than 6 weeks after a PCR-confirmed Covid infection. Please bring your PCR test result to your appointment!
