    About avi
We've made it our mission to improve our patients' experience and to provide the best possible primary healthcare by combining technology with a human approach. Avi Medical runs patient-centered, technology-enabled doctor's practices that offer a convenient, personalized, and holistic digital and physical experience for patients — different from conventional family doctors. We employ our own physicians and offer them a 21st-century working environment that enables them to deliver the best possible care.

    What you'll do

    • HR projects & strategy You independently lead people projects from idea to implementation — cross-functionally and across multiple locations.
    • You prepare decision papers, analyses, and presentations for the CPO and the management team.
    • You translate strategic people goals into concrete, measurable actions and keep timelines and stakeholders in view.

    Onboarding & Employee Experience

    • You design and optimize our end-to-end onboarding process for new colleagues in practices and at headquarters.
    • You make sure new team members feel welcome, informed, and productive from day one.
    • You continuously develop onboarding materials, intranet content, and feedback loops.

    Digitalization & HR automation

    • You identify manual HR processes and automate them with tools such as Personio, Make.com, Slack, Google Workspace, and DocuSign.
    • You build workflows that improve data quality, compliance, and speed at the same time.
    • You maintain and improve our HR tooling and are the point of contact for interfaces and data flows.

What you should bring to succeed in this role

    • Initial professional experience (2–4 years) in HR, People Operations, consulting, or a comparable project-driven environment — ideally in a startup or scale-up context.
    • You work in a structured, independent way and think in solutions rather than problems.
    • You have a strong affinity for digital tools and process automation; initial experience with Personio, Make.com, or similar systems is a clear plus.
    • You communicate clearly and confidently — including with leadership — and move comfortably between strategic and operational topics.
    • You speak fluent German and English.
    • Basic knowledge of German labor law is an advantage.

Some of our other perks and benefits:

    • Gym: Membership at premium gyms across Germany.
    • Education budget: €1,000/year that you can spend on your professional training and development, e.g. for company-organized language courses.
    • Working hours: Flexible – part-time or full-time (depending on your role).
    • Work locations: We currently operate offices in Munich and Berlin and offer home-office options (depending on your role).
    • Vacation: 30 days of paid vacation per year + 1 additional day off (your birthday).
    • Meal allowance: We cover your meal expenses up to €50/month via our partner Hrmony.
    • Swapfiets: A bike leasing service that helps you stay healthy.
    • Family: Financial support of €500 per child in childcare (KITA benefit).
