    What you’ll do

    In this role you support our financial accounting team in day-to-day business and administrative processes. You handle incoming mail, digitise and manage documents, check incoming invoices and support accounts-payable tasks. You also coordinate with internal departments and actively contribute to improving workflows.

    Your main responsibilities

    • Digitising, assigning and systematically filing documents
    • Supporting administrative and organisational tasks in the finance area
    • Contributing to the development of efficient workflows in office and document management
    • Supporting the day-to-day operations of accounts-payable accounting
    • Checking, coding and posting incoming invoices
    • Preparing data and information for accounting
    • Independently coordinating with departments to resolve discrepancies
    • Supporting ongoing financial accounting, particularly in accounts payable and general ledger accounts

    What you should bring to be successful in this role

    • A student in an economics or business degree programme, such as business administration, economics or management
    • Confident use of Microsoft Office applications
    • Initial experience with Spendesk and/or DATEV Unternehmen Online is a plus, but not a must
    • An affinity for numbers and a structured, careful and reliable way of working
    • An interest in working in a motivated team, combined with appreciative, open communicationThe salary for this role

    €15/hour gross, with the option of an increase after six months.
