Your responsibilities
- Holistic patient care: organisational and medical
- A varied, leading role across the entire practice organisation (e.g. quality management)
- Leading the team of medical assistants (e.g. shift planning, staff development)
- Representing the practice professionally to patients and external third parties
- Carrying out statutory (KV) and private practice billing
What you bring
- A completed qualification as a medical assistant
- Professional experience in practice organisation
- Empathy, a patient-focused attitude and enjoyment of working with people
- An interest in training and professional development
- A desire to put new ideas into practice
- Very good German and basic English skills, written and spoken
