Our health programs are individually tailored care plans for chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or obesity. They combine medical care with digital tools and health coaching.
After signing up in the app, you'll be guided through a structured introduction followed by a digital intake. In your first appointment, the program will be personalized based on your health condition.
You'll receive an individual health plan, regular check-ins with our team, nutrition and exercise adjustments, and if needed, a measuring device for continuous monitoring of important values.
With a corresponding medical diagnosis, costs are usually covered at 100% by statutory health insurance. Privately insured patients should clarify cost coverage with their insurance in advance.
Duration varies depending on the program and individual needs. Some programs run over 12 weeks, others offer longer-term support over several months.
