The Role

You’ll be joining Avi Medical, an early-stage healthcare startup pioneering a new approach to general care. As we navigate our foundational phase, we seek team members ready to face the unique challenges and opportunities inherent to our ambitious journey. We are looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to play a crucial role in enhancing our clinics' market presence and patient care services. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience, ready to take ownership of marketing tasks and execute them with a high degree of independence. You will be instrumental in driving patient acquisition and retention, directly impacting our growth and the well-being of our patients through innovative marketing strategies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support in Marketing Strategy Execution: Assist in the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies, contributing ideas and learning from strategic planning processes, particularly for clinic opening.
  • Independent Campaign Management and Execution: Take ownership of executing and localizing online and offline marketing campaigns, focusing on innovative ways to acquire patients and ensure their retention.
  • Content Creation and Digital Communication Oversight: Take ownership of certain aspects of our website and social media platforms (including Google My Business), ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and reflects Avi Medical’s offer.
  • Email Marketing Execution: Independently design and execute email marketing campaigns that keep our patients engaged and informed about our services and offers.
  • Seasonal and High-Impact Communication: Ensure the right health topics are communicated in our practices at the right times, considering seasonality and impact to maximize patient engagement and care.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize data and feedback to refine marketing strategies, aiming at improving patient satisfaction and loyalty while maintaining a focus on targeted patient acquisition and retention.
  • Professional Development: Seize opportunities for learning and growth, staying abreast of the latest trends in marketing and communication.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Marketing Experience in a high-growth environment: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a high-growth startup, demonstrating a proven ability to engage and retain an audience.
  • Initiative and Ownership: Demonstrated capability to take ownership of projects, showing resourcefulness and initiative in executing and contribution to marketing strategies.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Solid understanding of digital marketing practices, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing, with a focus on engaging healthcare audiences.
  • Analytical and Creative Abilities: Ability to analyze marketing performance data and use insights to drive decisions, coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving within the patient engagement sphere.
  • Adaptability and Eagerness to Learn: Openness to feedback and a strong desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • German Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in German is essential, as it is the primary language used for our patient-focused marketing communications, including print and online campaigns, email marketing, and for effective collaboration with our medical teams.
