What you will be doing:

  • Business Opportunity Development: Conduct market analysis and build business cases to translate opportunities into profitable models for Avi.
  • Product Development: Lead product initiative processes, from identifying customer needs to guiding product enhancements or new product development.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective planning, implementation, and delivery.
  • Agenda and Document Management: Manage meeting agendas and document preparation, focusing on accuracy and relevancy for decision-making.
  • Analytical Support: Provide research and analysis to inform and optimize commercial strategies and initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Drive collaboration across departments, supporting project success and organizational integration.

Core skills & qualifications to help you succeed in this role are:

  • Educational Background: An excellent degree from a well-renowned university, major agnostic.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, ideally in a startup or dynamic business environment.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in managing multiple projects end-to-end with a focus on effective outcomes.
  • Analytical Abilities: Exceptional in analyzing data and trends to inform business strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & German
