Your Role

Scaling our team is one of the most important tasks in the upcoming years to ensure Avi’s high-growth ambitions. As the Talent Acquisition Lead your mission is to design and create a great candidate experience, build out a sustainable and well rounded talent pipeline connected to our hiring plans for all our functions including our medical function. As a strategic business partner to our functional leaders and cross-functional teams you will enable the organization to grow effectively, develop and deliver a strategic TA approach and demonstrate your hands-on recruiting skills. This role is reporting directly into our Chief People Officer.

  • Plan and execute hiring plans: You will lead strategically aligned growth efforts across the organization. Together with the hiring managers you will plan the demand for the upcoming years. You will build effective and trusting business partner relationships with hiring managers and teams.
  • Define hiring strategies: You will develop and launch new recruiting strategies, channels and processes to support company hiring goals. Through constant monitoring you will identify the best-performing ones and optimize them.
  • Lead the team: Hire, lead, and develop the entire Talent Acquisition Team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to the team.
  • Hands-on recruiting: Next to your leadership role, you will be responsible for recruiting senior key positions in collaboration with our hiring managers and support your team on challenging roles as needed. You will champion Talent Acquisition as a core business practice throughout the company
  • Implement processes: Manage, analyze and implement process improvements, compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and to continuously improve candidate experience. You will develop our strategy and processes for assessing our core values in each prospective new team member
  • Own reporting and funnel management: Prepare weekly reports which give insights into current funnels and translate insights into actionable initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, we look for people with relevant experience in hyper-growth tech companies. If you have on top experience within (digital) health care we are already excited about you.
  • An excellent understanding of start-up dynamic, target groups as well as a strong sales mentality.
  • Strong & motivational people leader with ability to both lead people directly and indirectly
  • Have a growth mentality and ability to adapt and lead in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Ability to dive into new topics and hiring needs quickly and independently, successful collaboration with diverse hiring managers.
  • Proven track record in Talent Acquisition, including active sourcing niche candidates.
  • Strong leadership skills, teamwork, interpersonal relations, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Full working proficiency in English, German is a plus.
