Your Role

As our first full-time performance marketeer, you will professionalize our campaigns to inform patients about a revolution in health care. From designing campaigns to execution, testing, and analysis, you will cover the full breadth of performance marketing across all channels. At Avi, you have the chance to bring in your own ideas, work with a young and highly motivated team, and deliver on a purpose.

Your Responsibilities

• Build marketing campaigns: You plan, implement, optimize, automize and scale Google Ads (search, YouTube, display campaigns) and all ads on paid social channels (especially Facebook and LinkedIn)
• Test our campaigns: You develop and run A/B- and multivariate tests to understand patients' behavior and improve the conversion rates
• Analyze our marketing performance: You own our web analytics stack (Matomo, etc.) ensuring end-to-end integration and performance tracking
• Support our new launches: Coordinate closely with our Expansion & Operation teams to inform potential new patients locally around new launch areas
• Coordinate external agencies: You are the primary contact for external support agencies around performance marketing

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in B2C paid search marketing in a fast-growing start-up
• Track record of successful built-up performance marketing "full-funnel" from scratch with a clear ROI
• Deep knowledge with common marketing tech stacks (Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, etc.) and web analytics tools (e.g. Matomo)
• Very good analytical skills, able to independently design test set-ups, perform data-driven evaluations, and optimize campaigns
• Experience working with basic design packages, e.g. Figma is a plus
• Great collaboration and strong communications skills within your team and across the company
• Full proficiený in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
